Call for artist drops for Earthquake Relief Hip Hop concert in Chile

On February 27th Chile was rocked by an 8.8 earthquake and a tsunami, killing approximately 700 and displacing 1.5 million. Anita Tijoux, a super incredible Chilean MC I am doing a Northeast US tour with in April (www.myspace.com/anitatijoux), is organizing two large scale fundraising concerts in Chile this Wednesday 3-10 and Thursday 3-11. She is requesting video drops from US artists, MCs, producers, B Boys/ B Girls, graff writers, etc to show solidarity and support to the people of Chile.

If you can do a quick drop (preferably in Spanish), upload it on youtube and send the link to Anita Tijoux on twitter at www.twitter.com/anitatijoux.

Since time is of the essence, please send it in by Tuesday March 9th.

"Hubo un terremoto muy grande en chile hace 1 semana de 8.8 en capital y de 9 en el sur. La zona mas afectada ha sido parte del sur del pais, muchos muertos, ciudades hundidas por el tsunamis que se manifesto despues. A raiz de esto decidi organizar 2 eventos hip hop el miercoles y jueves proximo en Santiago donde tocara gran parte de la escena nacional. Estoy recopilando videos de mc. dj, b-boys. beatmakers del mundo para que nos mande saludos. Seria increible que nos mandaras un saludo, es algo corto como un mensaje de apoyo, puede ser con la camara de tu compu, o en avi, y si puedes correr la voz a tus amigos AUN MEJOR."
